During that career, my primary focus was to be a Team leader,teacher,analyst,negotiator,strategist,customer advocate and developer of individuals and teams by fully understanding the issues facing them and their needs for growth and distribution. I am a seasoned professional accustomed to holding personnel accountable Including conducting I.D.P. Individual Development Plans. My last assignment I had ten sales individuals and a $100 million Business Plan. I have conducted training, marketing, and selling at the District, Region, and Corporate level. Recently retired I established a consultant / coaching business and have been counseled by Gino Wickman as a Business Coach through EOS, (Enterprise Operating System) my interests and passion are in being in a team atmosphere contributing to growth and excellence.
